Processing Time

All orders are packed with care and typically ship within 3–7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Please note that processing times may be longer during new releases, sales, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic & International Shipping

Kiki’s Creepies ships from Canada and offers both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. If your shipping option does not include tracking, Kiki’s Creepies is not responsible for packages once they are shipped.

Delays

Kiki’s Creepies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kiki’s Creepies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kiki’s Creepies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact your local post office or shipping provider.
