- Copyright is never transferred or sold, including for exclusive commissions.
- Clients receive a non-transferable, non-commercial, personal-use license only.
- Artwork may not be:
- Resold
- Printed or merchandised
- Used commercially
- Minted as NFTs
- Used for AI training or datasets
- Reproduced or altered for redistribution
✨ Revisions
- Minor revisions included
- Major changes may incur additional fees
✨ Payment & Refund Policy
- Full payment required before work begins
- No refunds once work has started
- Refunds only issued if the artist cannot complete the commission
